Primary customer contact for all quality issues.

Responsible for correcting and preventing internal and external quality issues.​

Develop, update and maintain all quality documentations-PFMEAs, Control Plans, Work Instructions, Inspection Instructions.

Must be well versed and have experience in APQP to act as a core team member on product launch teams.​

Responsible for PPAP submissions to the customer and from the suppliers.​

Must understand IS09000 AND ts16949 standards and be able to work within those standards.

Must be able to create, document, maintain, and improve quality systems.​
