Kurz-Kasch believes strongly in continually upgrading our personnel and capabilities to be able to provide the highest quality products and services to our customers at all times. Kurz-Kasch is QS 9000, ISO 9002 and TS16949 certified. We have begun the process of Six Sigma training for our employees and have our first group of Black Belts actively working on projects in our plants. Kurz-Kasch has committed to have all salaried employees receive Six Sigma training in the next three years. Additionally, LEAN initiatives are continually under way in each manufacturing facility.
